Another great result from Jason and the team at DBC. (I've lost count - but it must be at least 8 jobs for myself and family now?) This time, it was a re-clad on my newly-acquired cedar weatherboard home. Jason's advice to do a partial re-clad to protect the house proved spot-on once we exposed the existing weather damage. And as usual, Jason and the team took these problems in their stride and fixed them. We got great communication about progress, problems, solutions etc as the job unfolded - honest and open, timely, and always with a smile.
The result is fantastic - the house looks so good now.
Once again, these guys have proved to be great to work with and do a great job.

"Attention to detail..."
Jason and his team were amazing to work with. Their attention to detail was to the highest level, and we love the finished product. Jason himself managed the team, plus was on the tools when needed, he was always available to discuss thins, and we found they would find solutions rather than problem. Mike and Nick his senior builders were a pleasure to have no site, and their skill levels and fussyness was top notch. We had quite a technical cladding installed and they nailed it (excuse the pun). Jason's initial estimate of cost was unebelivable within a grand of the final cost. Jason provided all subcontractors whom we found excellent as well, and Jason would jump in and offer assistance with sub contractor meetings. As with any building process the Coucil were the Council, however Jasion dealt with them and we found he was well prepared. Jason also provided advice around material and cost effective materials whic certainly helped in out project. No hesitation recomending DBC, Jason can supply my contact details for a personal reference.

Excellent service and trademansship. Workers arrived on time every day and kept us in the loop with everything that was happening with the build. Builders were open to any ideas we had and worked with us when we had some suggestions. Builders worked through the job in a timely manner and the quality of their work was exceptional. We are so happy with the outcome and would happily recommend these builders to everyone! Great job guys! Keep up the awesome work!

I can't recommend Diverse Building Concepts highly enough. I am thrilled with the work that Jason and his team of Diverse Building Concepts carried out for me. Initially they replaced a rotten deck and erecting new boundary fences. Jason is really great to deal with, his communication throughout was top notch. I then went on and got them to upgrade my ensuite bathroom, it was really great that Jason could provide all the trades such as the plumber, electrician, tiler/waterproofer and painters - definitely a one stop shop. I am so happy with how everything turned out and have recommended them to everyone I know that is looking for a builder. His workmanship was excellent, very punctual, communication superb and all within Jason's initial estimate. Looking on to my next project I will definitely be calling Jason to handle this. It's so great when you find your "one tradie" to rely on.

A brilliant experience with these guys, what we invisioned was exactly what we got. When the work gets done impeccably and you know 100% that the company is not trying to make an extra buck wherever they can, you cherish people like that. I got a pleasant surprise when the final invoice was as the original quote and they delivered on time. We could not recommend Jason and his team high enough. Absolutely amazing builder and team. HONEST RELIABLE AND EXCELLENT WORKMANSHIP. Nothing is too much trouble keeps to code and good building practice. Well worth the money. From the time of the building in February relocated , the full CCC was signed and issued by council in the November. Roofing, cladding, decks, retaining walls, fit out , landscaping, bathrooms, kitchen were all part of out job.
Jason keeps his word, we highly recommend Diverse Building Concepts Ltd.

"Thrilled with the high workmanship..."
We were thrilled with the fence rebuild that Jason & Rob did for us. The workmanship & finishing is to a very high standard. It wasn’t an easy job with some post holes having to be dug into fill, which meant it was a hands on manual dig and we also asked for the corrugated iron cladding to be reused. The end result looks great!
They removed the debris & waste and left the site in very tidy condition.
Jason was great to deal/communicate with from the outset.
Would definitely use again and recommend them.

"Professional and top class workmanship..."
From the first phone call until the last part of the work, Jason and his team were an absolute pleasure to deal with! His guys approached the job in a totally professional manner with top class workmanship. My kids will miss the company of Nick especially. Jason always communicated all parts of the project and I never felt like I was left hanging or unsure of the next stage. I cant rate these guys highly enough and we are actually sad they aren't around the house any longer. Already thinking of the next project to get Jason and his team back.

"Reliable and impressive..."
Jason and his team completed a renovation for me which included a complete gut out and rebuild of my existing bathroom and kitchen as well as added a small extension off the front of my house.
They were reliable, on time and put in long hours as I gave them a short period of time to complete the tasks. They always made sure to explain everything that was being done in detail to ensure I understood what would be occurring on a day to day basis.
The site was always kept in a clean manner, with skip bins on site. When the work had been completed, I was more than impressed with the standard and quality of work from the boys. Everything was perfect and spot on, even down to the finest of details.
I would HIGHLY recommend using Jason and his team for any future work you may wish to have done on your home. I always felt as though I was treated with the utmost respect and they made the whole process as stress free as a renovation could be!!
